An Evening of Stories with Donald Davis

801-426-8660

story.timpfest@gmail.com

Monday, December 10
7 pm / The City Library Auditorium / 210 E 400 S Salt Lake City

As a master of the personal story, Donald Davis invites you into the stories of his life to discover the stories of your own. A Sequoia in the forest of tellers, Donald’s North Carolina cadences transport you into a miraculous place where, by listening to his stories, you find yourself. Though laced together with wit and laughter, Donald’s narratives always glow with wisdom and humanity. He has performed on PBS, NPR, CNN, and ABC as well as on some of America’s most iconic stages including the Smithsonian, National Storytelling Festival, and World’s Fair. Donald has recorded over thirty albums and written eighteen books.

This program is made possible by POPs, the Utah Division of Arts and Museums, the Sorenson Legacy Foundation, the National Endowment for the Arts, and the Timpanogos Storytelling Institute.
