 Dal-Pal's Rigmarole Dallin Blankenship may have begun creating puppets as a hobby, but it has turned into an obsession. Teaming up with folk musician Brandon Riggs, Dal-Pal’s Rigmarole was born and is a favorite at the Provo Public Library. In a recent Daily Herald article about performing, Dallin explains, "I really think the world would be a better place if everyone got up and shook their sillies out."
